Project Aim:Project Aim: Provide interested Youth with Skills and Development Programmes in Computer Science to enable them to be competent in the field for employment.

1. Introduction
Information Technology has become of great demand in all different business areas e.g. the use of Computers and software applications for managing and processing information (Data Management/Science) for business needs therefore, it is very essential to provide skills and development Programmes and teach people how to utilise software applications or how to fix and maintain computer hardware and software. The Re Tsositse foundation which is a Wekajema Business Technologies initiative aims to provide interested Youth with Skills and Development Programmes in Computer Science to enable them to be competent in the field for employment.

We will be working together with other interested businesses to make the initiative successful.

2. The core objective of the Re Tsositse foundation is to:
• Provide Youth with training in the following computer Science learning areas:
- Computer Technical (Hardware and Software maintenance - A+ and N+)
- System Development (Web development and Software Development)
• Database Development and Management (Data Science)
• Support, teach and encourage Youth and businesses to use Information Technology

3. The project goal of the Re Tsositse foundation is to:
• Assist Youth with employment in the field
• Provide Youth with the necessary skills, information and tools to enable them to be well prepared in the field
• Encourage people and other businesses to make use of Information Systems / Information Technology

4. Benefits of having the Re Tsositse foundation initiative
• Youth/Candidates will be able to apply practical skills and critical thinking to solve technical problems in Computer Science-related issues
• Youth/Candidates will be competent and employable or establish their businesses in the field
